First-class managed service plans include full support during business hours. Antivirus, remote support software, and remote proactive device monitoring and maintenance are included. New device setup and remote proactive device monitoring are included at no additional cost. We offer preferential projects and after-hours rates additionally.

2ND CLASS

Second-class managed service plans include full support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm) and preferential hourly project rates. Antivirus and remote support software and remote proactive device monitoring are included.

3RD CLASS

Third-class managed service plans include preferential labour rates on all work performed and priority support over non-contracted clients. Antivirus and remote support software and remote proactive device monitoring are included.
