Lance leads the charge in solidifying an excellent Customer Service experience for our clients. Combining 30 years of IT knowledge with his business expertise, Lance’s role is to bring 1st Class Account Management including budgeting, planning, and clarity to your team. With a solid portfolio of communication skills, you will never be left in the dark, nor scratching your head trying to understand how technology can improve your business operations.

Jon Chubb

Chief Information Officer

Jon brings over ten years of IT expertise to Carpathia, and as our Chief Information Officer will work with you to ensure the security and integrity of your critical data, and that your website and web integrated platforms are functioning at peak efficiency. His exuberance in this role is nothing short of infectious, and we are excited to have him on our team and working with yours.

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Ben brings over 2 decades of experience in the technology sector to Carpathia. His diverse skill set will ensure smooth sailing with regards to managing the dynamic nature of business operations. Through streamlining of processes, Ben will lead day-to-day operations to ensure alignment between internal strategies and client objectives.

Braden Stranks

Braden is responsible for developing the internal processes that ensure the Carpathia team functions at peak efficiency, and that our team members have the tools and training in place required to deliver industry leading results every time.
